MAP FinTech staff engaged in a customer service workshop

Staff members of MAP FinTech attended a workshop about excellence in customer service, especially for professionals offering technical support to clients organized by the European Institute of Management and Finance (EIMF). The two-day workshop focused on emotional intelligence (EQ) and Customer Service and Management.

The workshops aimed to broaden and enhance the competencies of staff in areas such as effective communication, self-awareness, self-regulation, creating the best customer experience, and other customer management processes.

Staff members actively participated in role-playing exercises and discussed various scenarios and real-life examples.
